The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building sales for the Bar-Z software-as-a-service Full Digital Platform. This will be a hands-on, roll-up your sleeves position. You will be expected to make a large volume of outbound phone calls to help generate interest in our product, explaining the merits of our system to executives in the municipality, chamber of commerce and convention and visitor bureau markets. This position will assist in filling the sales pipeline with quality sales leads and ensuring that new business opportunities are coming into the company on a continual basis. Your goal will be to set-up follow-up meetings for our sales staff.
Tracking sales and updating contact information will be required through our SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management software. Some research, data entry and other miscellaneous sales/marketing projects may also be assigned from time to time.
Some of the specific tasks this position will entail include:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or current degree-seeking student).
Experience: Preferred, 1-3 years of previous inside sales experience with preference towards candidates with consultative sales experience. Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM software preferred but not required. More so than experience, we are interested in finding someone who is hard-working, interested in sales and comfortable on the phone.
