WHO HOSTS MY APP?
All hosting & maintenance is included with your annual software license. We use a best-in-class, fully redundant hosting service that allows for us to guarantee the uptime of your app.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR UPDATING AND/OR MAINTAINING MY APP?
App updates to support new OS versions are included with your annual software license. Our platform allows you to update and change your content as often as you want via our online Content Management System. Additionally, API, feed and import options are available to help align your mobile solution content with your other digital properties and simplify the content management process.
DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY APP TO THE APP STORES FOR REVIEW?
App publishing & updates are managed by Bar-Z Mobile Development through client-owned Apple® App Store & Google Play® developer accounts. So you wil "own" the developer accounts, which will aid in app store optimization, but we'll do the work for you!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET STARTED WITH AN APP?
Our pricing is based on several factors including the type of app, the overall features and modules purchased, the amount of data that will likely be used, as well as the inclusion of optional services such as API integration or graphic design. For more detailed info on pricing contact us.
I'M NOT SURE HOW TO DESIGN AN APP...HOW DO I GET STARTED?
That's what we're here for! Bar-Z Mobile Development, through our two company divisions zCivic and zNewsroom, provides complete project management and hands-on customer service to build, test, implement and deploy all facets of your app. A dedicated Project Manager will be assigned to your project to help you along the way, ensuring your project is developed and launched on time. This includes providing staff training on use of the CMS software, consultation on native application publishing elements, delivering a sequence of test builds to review and refine your products, providing OS upgrades as needed, and delivering marketing and project launch support.
In addition, our flexible, dynamic platform allows on-the-fly updates for in-app graphics, colors, layouts and data formats so you can refine your design or content at any time. This allows you to quickly and easily respond to user feedback or market conditions without the need for a new app build or resubmission to the app stores.
